About the Self-Screening Test

Since launch, thousands of Australians have completed our online test for Hypermobility, HSD, and hEDS, making it a breakthrough tool for early awareness, research, and diagnosis. So far 9 out of 10 participants rate it as "easy" to complete, and follow-up data shows it’s already driving positive change in diagnosis pathways.

Hypermobility Health Connect® is recognised as part of a Core Network of Excellence. Following a recent presentation at the Ehlers-Danlos Society’s 2025 International Scientific Symposium, in Canada, our innovations are gaining global recognition as we bridge diagnostic gaps and advance healthcare collaboration for individuals with Hypermobility, HSD and hEDS.

How it works

Once submitted, your application is reviewed to ensure alignment with our mission to improve outcomes for people with Hypermobility, HSD, and hEDS. We’ll review your application within two (2) weeks and contact you with the next steps.

Approved practices receive:

  • A unique QR code linking clients directly to the Self-Screening Test (no login required)
  • Supporting materials for in-clinic or online use
  • PDF results emailed to both you and your client - branded with your practice details
  • Business promotion:
    • Eligibility for your practice to be listed on our main website
    • Eligibility to receive professional referrals from our Australia-wide "Beyond the Bend" telehealth service
